Daniel Bordenca – Research Intern

About Me:

I am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in political science at the American University in Washington D.C. I previously attended Fairleigh Dickinson University where I studied political science and sought a minor in communications.
I have experience doing political volunteer work such as supporting local New Jersey assemblymen re running for office and shortly working with the NAACP to help register voters.
I also have experience living abroad in many tropical countries due to my father working for USAID as a malaria specialist. I have attended international schools in Lilongwe, Malawi,  Kigali, Rwanda, and in Bangkok Thailand. As a result I have done extensive tourist travelling in much of East and Central Africa and in Southeast Asia. In the pursuit of my degree and study of politics I hope to work as a diplomat and perhaps relive the luxury of traveling the globe.
